Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement.
Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.
Metro cities & major towns: 3–5 days
Remote & rural areas: 5–7 days
You will receive a confirmation call from our team within 24 hours to verify your order and address.

Packaging

Each bottle is carefully packed in custom-fitted, eco-friendly boxes with protective cushioning to ensure your honey arrives safe and intact — just as pure as it left our farms.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a call from our delivery partner. We currently do not provide online tracking numbers, but our team stays in direct touch with you until delivery.

Important Notes

We do not accept cancellations once the order is confirmed via phone call.
We do not offer returns or refunds as this is a food product.
In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply.
